Pros
Friendly support team, willing to teach new hires, semi-relaxed environment. As long as you follow the basic rules of the office, the team is really easy to get along with, and very helpful. Direct managers are nice.
Cons
Outages can be overwhelming due to the outnumbered support staff compared to the number of customers. Customers are abusive, and demanding, and outright rude. New hires can be overwhelmed with the training, especially when dealing with specific members of the admin team. Pay does not match our responsibility.
