Pros
Remote work, mostly work life balance, and they listen when feedback is given. Great atmosphere and people and so many opporunities to shift focus or learn cool skills. Theyve also been super supportive in my professional goals or certifications such as the GISP, or other ESRI lead instructor classes all for free.
Cons
Sometimes some projects can get busy, or you can have a challenging client but that's expected in consulting.
