      Pros

      Interesting sometimes, some good people on the team, half decent fleet of vehicles.

      Cons

      Lots of waiting around, pay secrecy clauses to pay people vastly differing wages for similar roles. Poor planning i.e. frequent problems with logistics and planning.

      No health and safety at company welding fire exits shut forklifts with no forklift sheets with window screens cracked members of staff working in departments like mechanics with no qualifications Constant back stabbing No induction
