Pros
Working at Lochbridge gives me the chance to work alongside some of the best and brightest in the IoT space. They are a large organization that actually takes the open door policy very seriously. The senior execs are highly accessible and encourage open, candid communication on a regular basis. The culture and flexibility they offer is unlike anything I have experienced in my past work environments. They know family always comes first and offer a strong work / life balance. They recognize hard work and appreciate / reward it.
Cons
If you seek out answers to any question you have you will find them. However, I think they can do a better job of putting the transparency out there on their own. I think the HR departments need to get better organized across the board. The culture and beliefs exist and continue to get better, I think HR needs to spend more time putting the culture out there and focusing on what really matters.
