Pros
1. Lowest turnover rate I have seen in any security company period. Average tenure for a security officer at Locke is about 3-5 years (some have been employed for over 15). 2. The company is staffed very efficiently so that each person at the Headquarters knows their role and is not over worked. 3. Ensures that officers on most all job sites are paid a good wage and hire quality people 4. A local-to-Houston company but starting to expand so there is room for growth 5. The company prides itself on the way it treats it's customers and employees. While the Golden Rule is stated at most companies, this is the only company that I have witnessed it being actually practiced. Many of it's customers have been with Locke 10 -19 years.
Cons
The only thing I could think of for a con would be for upper management to visit job sites more often. Not that they do a bad job of that now, just something that I feel could always be improved.
