      Pros

      Whilst working at locked in a room Bristol, I loved working with the team there as everyone was very friendly and efficient with their work.

      Cons

      Unfortunately this didn’t last long as upper management recently have gotten involved with the venue by firing employees they suspect to be unionised with no warning and no reason and have been visiting the venue just to act like high school bullies and insult everyone who is working very hard there. If they don't like you they will pick on you all day and then make YOU train your replacement (as they don’t know how to train them themselves) and then fire you with no warnings. What was once a lovely place to work has very quickly become miserable and inefficient.

      Pros

      My colleagues are great, management are really flexible around my working hours/days as a mum, the job itself is so fun and no two days are ever the same. The venue manager of 2 years is a great improvement upon the last, she offers great support to all employees and the workplace environment is very jovial provided you do your job right. Regular constructive feedback is given on your performance every 6 months once probation has been passed so that you reach your full potential.

      Cons

      Shifts are up to 11h long but they go quickly. Invest in comfy shoes.
