Pros
The company campus is Italian themed, great benefits for employees and their families such as insurance , cafe, gym on site , garage parking and opportunities to serve the community.
Cons
Unprofessional, discouraging and biased management. It seemed unorganized when it came down providing resources for employees. The atmosphere was clicky and no diversity. There was a lot of favoritism within the small team. Overall the turnover rate is unbelievably high for employees.
