Flat org structure with plenty of empowerment and autonomy in how you operate in your role, great people who are all willing to help and rooting for each other to succeed, very hardworking management team who lead by example and are always there when needed, but never in your way. Strong culture of inclusiveness and diversity and fun.
Cons
Ramp up was a little daunting for someone relatively new to the staffing business but Locus was very patient while I learned the ropes and skills to do the job
