Pros
Loffler has thrived in a very competitive industry by focusing on their core values and a customer first focus. They are working hard to continually offer their employees a fun and dynamic work environment. There are many opportunities to participate in events within the office as well as serving the community. There is an incredible amount of employee tenure in ALL areas of Loffler sales, service and support. They request employee feedback for ways to improve the business, management, culture, benefits, etc. At the company meetings they outline feedback and corporate initiatives. Did all issues get resolved to everyone's satisfaction? Not sure, but based on employee retention it seems that the biggest concerns are being addressed. I was employed by Loffler for 27 years and I have referred many friends and family members to Loffler.
Cons
Personally there were so many Pros to working at Loffler, I can't think of any cons. Sure there may have been concerns that I had over the years, but I felt very comfortable going to management if necessary. The philosophy has always been Work Hard, Play Hard. In that order.
