Pros
• The 3 leaders - Vlad, Hayk and Nick - are a driven, smart, and talented team that cover all the bases - sales, marketing, business development, and operations - and I know are already making Logic Inbound a force to be reckoned with in the agency world. • They are results-focused, so even if you haven't done something before or your job description doesn't cover something you think you can tackle, they measure results rather than box you into a role based on your past. • The 3 owners make a dynamic team that listens to each other and employees and will always end up coming up with a great decision or outcome. Seriously I have never felt disappointed about not being listened to or considered and when they disagreed with my judgement, I can't remember not agreeing with them. • As an employee, you can have confidence that they will give you the benefit of the doubt if you take risks and fail in good faith. Everyone has weaknesses and these guys will be the first to admit theirs, but their example of always trying to overcome them will inspire you to do the same. • There is a clear commitment to clients and to testing and measuring how well each of their campaigns are going, adjusting as necessary and learning through experimenting upon their own web properties. They have become clear thought leaders in their space. • This is a great place to do industry networking. Logic Inbound runs dozens of meetups and knows some of the biggest names in town. They also are committed to seeing all their employees grow. This is a rare opportunity compared to other agencies.
Cons
• Still in startup mode, so the compensation isn't quite where it is at other more established companies, but if you want a ton of experience and learn SEO, content writing, business development, operations, podcasts, etc, this is a great place to learn.
