Interview process can last several months to determine if you will be a good fit for the company and a fit for available/potential projects. They have plenty of articles as a fastest growing company or the best place to work for, but there is a high turnover. My time spent interviewing was not worth the outcome.
Many moving parts, skills/practice mismatch. No visibility on project opportunities to apply - you are basically left with trusting management to find a fit for your "dream" project. Noone is perfect, right? - look into the risk of not having a project, or filling in for just an ad-hoc project. Overall, you might end up underutilizing your potential and skills, or lacking knowledge leverage. They do offer free courses for different certs but it's not the same as the real experience.
Management invests heavily into marketing of its "We" culture with lots of events and happy hours. It's all great but instead I'd rather have a better 401K match or unlimited free parking, especially with such a revenue growth rate!
