Pros
A Fully remote work environment
Cons
Limited opportunities for career advancement or promotion. Compensation has not kept pace with market conditions. In nearly four years with the company, I’ve received only one modest raise despite increased responsibilities and inflation. Scope creep is common. As the company wins new business and expands client expectations, employees are often expected to take on additional work without corresponding compensation adjustments. Many employees and leaders appear overextended, with some managers and directors supporting multiple client accounts simultaneously. Company-wide meetings frequently focus on business growth, new client acquisitions, and company success, while employee compensation and career development receive little attention. Employees are often asked to do more with the same resources, creating workload and morale challenge
