Opportunity to work with some of the brightest consultants and designers in the field within a highly collaborative and engaging environment. Company genuinely cares about its employees as evident by their on-going training and education and morale building events.
Cons
Lack of an effective business development program has failed to generate any significant client wins during the past few years resulting in on-going staff reductions.
