Learned a lot in a short time - ISR- Inside Sales Representative Logical Position Employee Review

Positive company culture, at least in my department

Lower than average pay and benefits are not great

You learn a lot about the industry Some of the people are great to work with The time off & holiday schedules are decent

The pay is below market value in most positions The company reorganizes at least one team every 2-3 months Upper upper management doesn't care at all about the employees The culture has gotten so bad Leadership has gotten less transparent every year and it's one of the core values! I bet half the human positions are gone by next year
