      Pros

      Working with the nicest and coolest people around you. It’s a family vibe and everyone helps everyone grow. Good pay structure and opportunities to double your income nicely. Constant growth within the company so new positions popping up left and right. Perfect work/life balance.

      Cons

      It’s not a con, but this job is a grind at first. Once you grasp it you can make great money. There are sales quotas and you will be warned if performance is poor. If no results arise you can be terminated unfortunately.

      Pros

      Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

      Cons

      It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
