1. The management is very partial. 2. They will fire you anytime they feel even in situations like a pandemic. 3. It is a dictatorship, it's all according to the will of management. 3. They will deduct your salary for rubbish reasons. 4. Some people are treated like Son in-laws and some like servants. 5. HR department has no procedure for anything, again on the will of the CEO. 6. No growth of the company. 7. Even roadside people have more manners than their clients & management. Clients are pathetic. 8. Nothing for employee engagement, No diversity & no culture 9. These people would fight even for 5 rupees
