Pros
I first started at Logiqs almost 9 years ago. It was my first job in the Netherlands and I can really say it was a really exciting and demanding experience from day one. Looking back on it, in those times I was always out of my comfort zone, making mistakes and learning new thing each day. Initially I was helping the software team test and deploy the Dat-A-Control software, but in time I switched over to the marketing side of the business, trying to help showcase the amazing project Logiqs was making better and help the company come in touch with more growers worldwide. After a good few years of handling the marketing operations, 3D visualizations and website development, I was given a chance by management to develop proprietary online 3D design and sales tools for our company, becoming a Digital Product Owner. I cannot begin to explain how grateful I am for all the chances I’ve been given at Logiqs, for the amazing colleagues I’ve had the chance to work with and for the awesome technology we get to design and build together. And since we’ve started developing Vertical Farms, this has been taken to the next level. Having such a transformative purpose really changed my outlook on life and work and I can’t wait to see what we’ll achieve together in the next 10 years!
Cons
At the beginning of my career the company was perhaps less agile. Not that has improved dramatically.
