Great people, great atmosphere and a good learning process. Very accommodating yto their employee needs.

Old outdated equipment.

The remote work was nice and when we did the trade shows it was a great experience where we made some great contacts.

The biggest issue was a lack of investment. We had a talented team who made a great product, but with little to no commitment to dedicate resources to advertising, marketing, trade shows, mailers, CRM software or in person travel, generating and following up with quality leads was extremely challenging.
