Terrible management, they seriously don’t care about their employees, everyone is dispensable to them, people are constantantly getting fired, teams are relocated to different offices for no apparent reason or explanation, the company doesn’t seem to have a clue what direction they want to go because priorities change almost daily, it’s pointless having team leaders or managers because at the end of the day only what the CEO says goes, poor management starts from the top and trickles down thanks to him...the list goes on.
