Pros
Some of the guys on the floor can make the place slightly bearable. That's as far as i'd go for "Pro's"
Cons
Management are absolutely unhelpful and unprofessional. I had a supervisor yell and swear at me which I know is completely illegal. They run like a slave shop and hopefully will be investigated soon. No one works as a team whatsoever even though we're suppose to. The place is a mess and asks for unrealistic quotas from their employees. This creates people blindly rushing around and what is the most unsafe work environment I have EVER been to. If you value your life- Don't work here! I've heard management laughing and joking at employees expense as well as make derogatory and racist comments. From what I've heard afternoon supervisors are much better. DO NOT work on nights. Especially if you are a visible minority as the supervisors are racist.
