Team-work environment. The executive level are very hands on and open to new ideas.

It's a small-medium sized company with some limitations because of it.

Small company that is constantly growing so you are part of that growth! Flexible with their employees, and they have some great brainpower there with some of their employees and managers. Owner is always looking to expand.

It's hard as a small company to pay competitively but I think they were fair in their pay for their size and the industry. No real Cons about this place.
