Pros
I've worked at LCS for 10 years and have moved from Product Support to various positions within the company. I can truly say that there is opportunity for growth in your career here. I've seen employees from Product Support move to Director and Management positions. Cons
Since I LOVE working here, it's a little hard to come up with some "cons". Maybe the rapid and continued growth sometimes puts pressure on staff to "keep up" with the technology and the latest (and greatest) features being offered. The company is growing rapidly so it is hard to "know" everyone as you once did. This is a "con" because knowing your co-workers makes the workplace feel more like family. Not knowing people you pass in the hall is a bummer but nothing management is responsible for.
