Pros

- You get to meet some high profile guests. - You bond with coworkers over how bananas the CEO and company really is.

Cons

- Continuously breaches contractual obligations including firing people without pay and also forcing employees to stay behind to work for nothing in return. No matter how much extra time was put into work (even when asked) it meant nothing to him. - CEO would often preach about taking "extreme ownership" despite consistently not taking his own advice. Even suggesting to a HOD that it was their fault if an employee is not successful. - The CEO and senior management encouraged a toxic environment as they believe this is the optimum way of working. It made me want to work slower for the sake of it. - Due to the fact that London Real continue to hop onto any controversy for views, it means that having this on your resume is most likely going to stop you from getting work. - London Real sell both business and life accelerator courses despite having no qualifications to do so. OVERALL: Honestly, if you do decide to work here you'll learn a lot. Just make sure you get everything in writing as they will try to scam you. You're not the first and you certainly won't be the last.

Pros

- The office is modern and nice to look at.

Cons

- I never got paid on time, had to email 4 or 5 times for them to bother to pay me. 3 weeks later they finally decided to do it. Considering there are only 15 employees in the office, I don't see how a bank transfer should take so long, when I was the one who sorted out the amount owed. - You're made to work for free overtime most nights, without even a thank you. Instead you get a blank stare from management as you walk out the office. - CEO didn't acknowledge my existence throughout the entire period I worked there. Constantly ignored me when I tried to greet him. I guess I'm not worthy enough for his attention. - Management don't bother to reply to your emails even if it's important. - Toxic workplace with managers contradicting each other, no sense of structure in the work and everything blamed on the least senior person when something needs changed. - There are some nice guests that come in, but as an employee you're told to keep quiet and work in the background while they get a tour of the office. - If you're there to get a sense of what a studio feels like, don't bother because there's no consistency between the brand guidelines/submitted work - everything is just a mess including file structures on the "server". - You're asked to rush work to meet deadlines which randomly change every few hours without anyone telling you.
