This was a terrible environment and I am glad I moved on. Expected to work far beyond what was initially agreed in regards to hours and responsibility without fair and appropriate remuneration. There is an expectation of subservience that I found to be demeaning and disrespectful. The place has high staff turnover which speaks for itself. Incredibly insincere atmosphere. This insincerity and lack of respect filters down from the 'top' so not much progress to be expected.

Well know as being top of the game in Cosmetic dentistry, great environment, great people. If you are ready to pitch in and drive grown, then your opinion really matters. There is a real sense of team-work.

Not a place if you want to coast
