      Helping clients. Good hours. Some coworkers are great.

      Cons

      Management - micromanagers, toxic, lack leadership skills. Lead through intimidation. Ongoing education and innovation discouraged so clients not getting best support. Only contract work so no stability.

      to meet everyone's learning and employment needs we may need to develop further courses and extend some training hours
