Customers can be absolutely lovely, some very talented other staff members.
Cons
Was overworked, understaffed and undertrained. No training took place and fresh newcomers were put in leadership roles after a month of being on the job. Sales assistants were doing managers jobs without the extra pay that comes with that role and people were being grossly overworked. The stress and work caused a workplace injury that they refused to pay for and instead disparaged me for closing the store to go to the emergency room. Was given responsibilitys way beyond my paygrade such as all logging and banking information and responsibilities before I had hit six months at the company. When I disclosed my status as autistic with disability papers to the highers up, less than a month later I was let go despite glowing customer reviews my entire tenure and no review or adjustment periods at all despite the fact that at that point I should have had at least three review sessions per their company standards. It is very clear that they are a discriminatory exploitative company.
