      –Shopping Centre Environment –Super and Long service holiday (full time) –Inneed of employers so is easy to get into

      –low wage (22-26/h) –motion injuries –lots of pressure –sometimes there's errors in salary especially for public holidays –some unrespondsible managers

      Pay rate is fairly reasonable

      Cons

      POS system barely work, no real training provided, no standardized practices, workspace is unclean and unhealthy, no safety protocols, and there is alot of wage theft happening in the form of unpaid overtime.
