Great co-workers, good uniforms, decent 401K
Cons
Outdated and worn out equipment. Poor equipment maintenance, inexplicable delays in funding vehicle repairs, poor management communications, zero leadership, appearance standards of men and equipment loose to non-existent, absenteeism and tardiness are tolerated beyond reason. The attitude of employees toward the company and the clients is near disgusting as evidenced by the repeated failures to fulfill commitments to clients and employees.
