Decent benefits package and pay rate. Coworkers are generally friendly.
Cons
Extreme high stress, psychotic, petty, and abusive managers, branch is CHRONICALLY mismanaged. Favoritism reigns supreme. If management doesn't like you, they begin looking for a reason to fire you almost immediately after you are hired.

Weekday schedule that's almost set hours when fully staffed. When people call out, expect to work overtime and watch your manager leave before you.
Cons
Management sucks. Lots of favoritism going on. PTO policy is constantly shifting and reasoning seems flimsy. If you're dying and call out with no PTO, best to just quit and find a new job because you will be fired. But expect to see other people treated with leniency and not be held to the same standard as others.
