      Employer disconnect to reasons for employee turn over and firings at a drop of a hat. Poor leadership from inexperienced management NOT coming from actually work experience.

      Pros

      Weekday schedule that's almost set hours when fully staffed. When people call out, expect to work overtime and watch your manager leave before you.

      Cons

      Management sucks. Lots of favoritism going on. PTO policy is constantly shifting and reasoning seems flimsy. If you're dying and call out with no PTO, best to just quit and find a new job because you will be fired. But expect to see other people treated with leniency and not be held to the same standard as others.
