Hours are very inconsistent. If you don't have a route, you may work 8 hours one day and 16 hours the next day. If you work a horrible and exhausting 16 hour shift, they will still expect you to come in the next day like nothing happened. Management is terrible that way. If they stick you on a route you are unfamiliar with, good luck with that because they do not give you the order in which stops to do. The pay is very low considering the risk you take.
