Great place to work for someone who knows the right people.
Cons
There is a district manager who has hired his former colleagues and his family or friends for management positions while passing over very qualified internal candidates. Two candidates were brought in as route truck drivers and then were promoted to upper level mmanagement in as few as 7 days. Employees who have questioned these practices have been advised to think about whether or not Loomis is where you want to be. Sounds like a veiled threat to me.
