Pros

If you don't need to balance your personal life with your professional life for minimal pay, this is the company for you.

Cons

I have had the misfortune of working for Loomis Armored for several months now, and I can confidently say that it's been a nightmarish experience. The company's toxic masculinity and complete disregard for employee well-being make it a place where you'll be lucky to get out alive. From the moment I was hired, I was subjected to a barrage of lies and half-truths. The company boasted about their "family-friendly" work environment, claiming that they didn't operate night routes. But boy, were they wrong. Not only do they still run night routes, but they've been doing so for years. And don't even get me started on the equipment – old, warn-out vehicles that are a hazard to everyone on the road. But what really takes the cake is the lack of compassion shown to employees with family needs. When I mentioned that I had a family emergency and needed to take some time off, my supervisor had the audacity to tell me that I was being "unreliable" and that my absence would cause "inconvenience" to the team. Inconvenience? Are you kidding me? You're talking about people's lives here! The company's toxic masculinity is palpable. The testosterone-fueled bro-culture is suffocating, making it impossible to speak up or express any kind of emotion without being met with ridicule or belittling comments. The constant microaggressions and subtle put-downs from management have created a culture of fear and intimidation. But don't just take my word for it. Ask any employee who has worked for Loomis Armored about their experiences, and you'll hear a chorus of horror stories about the company's lack of transparency, disregard for employee well-being, and general disregard for human decency. In conclusion, avoid Loomis Armored at all costs. Their toxic masculinity and lies will consume you, leaving you feeling drained and demoralized. If you value your sanity and your well-being, stay far, far away from this company.
