Worked with a bunch of great people and met some great people. Left alone to do my route and not micro managed.
Cons
Corporate is the biggest issue. • got rid of OT by giving us one less so we only worked four days a week. • said the company lost in profits but spent hundreds of thousands on new A.I. drive safe cameras in all the trucks. Now routes went from 9-10 hours to 11-12 hours. • work life balance is non-existent. •money isn't what it should be for this kind of work. • route efficency system is a joke. • work in all the bad weather. • no carrier advancement at all. Atleast at this location. • dealing with bad ATM software that will take you 40 min to get it done when not working properly. •due to all this and other things almost half the branch (5-6 people) is seeking other employment.
