      Pros

      Good hours, okay pay (but lots of tedious work and multitasking), Free lunch and an hour less work on Fridays. Good benefits like 401k and pto depending on how long you worked with them.

      Cons

      Lots of favoritism. Very poor management, thats why people leave. Systems are always down. Customers can be rude and highly demanding. If you complain to HR about an issue they will terminate you and hire someone for less. Certain employees are more favored and choose what they want to do whilst others have no choice but to pull more responsibilities and weight. Very stressful place to work at. Especially the New York, NY branch. If you want to maintain your sanity, i wouldn't suggest working here.

      Pros

      Weekday schedule that's almost set hours when fully staffed. When people call out, expect to work overtime and watch your manager leave before you.

      Cons

      Management sucks. Lots of favoritism going on. PTO policy is constantly shifting and reasoning seems flimsy. If you're dying and call out with no PTO, best to just quit and find a new job because you will be fired. But expect to see other people treated with leniency and not be held to the same standard as others.
