Pros

Some co-workers are great. Hardware is decent.

Cons

- CEO is out of touch - No People of color in management positions (They were removed with the new CEO) - Terrible pay - CEO is not competent enough to run a company like this. -Company is owned by Dahua, who is part owned by the CCP according to Wikipedia. -Lots of unethical things going on.

Pros

Management empowers employees to make their own decisions. Great team environment with access to owner who ultimately can help you the most. Small company with a family environment, I worked very closely with many of my workers. Worked on many different projects with all departments. Still know a few people working there and it seems like benefits and compensation are bouncing back as well.

Cons

Small company with small company benefits. It's hard to say since the company was in a transition period while i worked there so many of the things that we worked on involved creating the processes. Seemed like there were a lot of problems caused by people having too much to do and not enough time.

Thank you for sharing your insights, we appreciate your positive acknowledgment of our CEO's empathetic leadership. We also take your concerns about inter-team conflicts seriously. Rest assured; we are committed to addressing this issue. We have been actively implementing measures to foster better collaboration and communication between teams in the office. Some examples are the increase in in-office face-to-face time, and more social events to encourage more staff communication.
