Pros
Good experience to be gained from the company. Good employees working with them. If you are self motivated and ambitious this is a good company to work with
Cons
Pay wasn't good at the time but i believe that has improved since. As mentioned in the Pros, if you are not self motivated you will most likely not last too long employed.
