Pros
Working here allows for a unique learning experience in a world renown luxury goods company with heavy French culture influence.
Cons
Many of the people, including management, are not qualified for their position and, as such, the company is horribly inefficient in nearly everything. The people with most experience in this company, ironically, have experience limited to only this company. It is extremely unfortunate that very few people, including management, who hold a broad range of work experience across several industries. Coupled with the tendency to value seniority, it is quite obvious that methods and process are often completely outdated and the most common practice of continuous improvement seen in nearly every other successful company is not emphasized on a management level. Instead improvement occurs only from career aggressive new hires eager to prove their worth who often fail in their endeavors due to the inability to mix with the stagnant nature of the company culture resulting in an astoundingly high turnover rate.
