Pros
Ok culture compared to other dealerships, but not much else
Cons
Volvo as a brand has a loyal following and is trying to compete but their products are okay at best, and getting more expensive so current customers are looking elsewhere. As for working here, the culture is marginally better than other dealerships but there is no motivation from your fellow staff. No one is excited to be working there and the different departments do not help each other. Favoritism is RAMPANT in sales and service. If you suck up enough you will be promoted, otherwise you will be stuck in the same position for the length of your employment.
