Pros
They hired during COVID. Decent benefits but they don’t communicate what those are or how to enroll, you have to go out of your way to get basic information about healthcare, 401k, etc.
Cons
No COVID guidelines were followed, had to put up a fight to work from home, no masks worn in-office. Bad communication with superiors, who collectively didn't speak to me after I asked to work from home. Huge emphasis on intake, leaving other administrative staff with a huge volume of work with no support. Several managers had promised the opportunity to learn from multiple departments, then presented no such opportunities.
