      Decent pay (if you can get hours)

      Cons

      Not great for people who do not enjoy doing various tasks at the same time. Management can be snarky sometimes, also can stress you out / overwhelm you. Hard to get hours sometimes

      Pros

      This company is very committed to be as life friendly as possible. I have been with them for over a decade, and have been guided and supported through some incredibly tough times. They are also very employee focused. There are teams that you may not even know about, that are out there advocating and supporting you.

      Cons

      The lack of consistency and QA in programs and rollouts can be frustrating and overwhelming.
