Why a great job goes bad. - Grocery Team Member Lowes Foods Employee Review

Pros

Flexible hours, dynamic schedule, and a company that cares what their employees think and hear what they say using periodic surveys.

Cons

The constant and frequent relocation of management means no one directly above you is aware of your goals, ambitions, or even your work ethic. The leads to advancement opportunities missed, or even worse, a new hire taking a position you worked and waited for. High turn over of employees leaves you picking up the slack and dealing with new hires not knowing, or flat out not doing, the job that they're hired to do.

Pros

This company is very committed to be as life friendly as possible. I have been with them for over a decade, and have been guided and supported through some incredibly tough times. They are also very employee focused. There are teams that you may not even know about, that are out there advocating and supporting you.

Cons

The lack of consistency and QA in programs and rollouts can be frustrating and overwhelming.
