      Pros

      You'll learn a lot of things: - Manage with horrible managers every single day. - Handle with weird opinions from senior positions. - Work under pressure EVERY SINGLE DAY. - Change your focus from day to day while keep pushing hard your workload.

      Cons

      Terrible communication top to bottom, and don't expect the managers or C levels to hear communication bottom to top. The CTO will insult you and undervalue your work whenever he can and will never trust you.

      Strategic management is not aligned with the direction of the company, resulting in poor team management. Very poor HR management.
