Pros
I guess, if you are trying to break into the USAID world of International Development.
Cons
Just a few bullet points: So one of the main things is that the two owners (who are a married couple) treat their employees like they are hired help. A lot of time the owners would not be involved in the day to day affairs, but they would come back from extended travel, and jump into the middle of things making snap judgments. It was a horrible combination neglect and micromanaging. They do no provide any benefits, any sort of professional development, and opportunities for personal growth are extremely limited. Personally, I feel like some of their business activities were extremely shady, and since their main customer is the US government it is only a matter of time before they get into trouble.
