🤡 Leaders in my team are in the wrong profession. They should audition for MediaCorp dramas instead. Their acting skills outshine their professional work skills. They are the definition of master bootlickers. They spend a considerable amount of time in the pantry claiming to build relationships but actually just are talking about random topics most of the time. Their patheticness made me feel nauseous daily. 🤮 Accountability is non existent in the vocabulary of my leaders. Shamelessly pushes the blame to the staff instead of owning up for a mistake they made. Finger-pointing is definitely their core strength. 🤢 Outright double standard by literally doing what they denied or disallowed their staff from doing. Utterly disgusting humans. 👽 Really sick people who micromanages and have zero trust in their staffs. Lead with emotions. Not sure if lead is even appropriate as they have no leadership skills to begin with. 🆘 Toxicity from them will kill you. Also, do not be fooled by how they label themself as a startup, they operate like a typical SME. ⁉️ Management has no clear direction - their direction changes faster than you would change your underwear. ‼️ Do yourself a favour and stay away from this rat hole ‼️
