-Manager and ASM were awful and 0 communication between them. -Empty promises and bad choice on leadership, leading to the highest turnover I’ve seen in such a short transitional period. -Job clarity. I can’t stress this enough, there needs to be clear expectations and roles, as I can’t be holding a key, opening and closing, taking on higher duties with 0 talks of pay change/promotion seriously taking place. -Top performers are taken for granted, we are people as well as generating the flow of customer base! -Toxic work environment with the management pressing emotional issues over performance based KPIs and metrics. -No exit interview for me or others who left as well… (A lot of problems getting The swept under the rug)
