Pros
1. Hybrid work, getting to work from home on some days
2. Higher pay than average at least for Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Cons
1. You are expected to meet unrealistic deadlines
2. You are expected to work more than 40 hours a week with no overtime
3. You are expected to work on weekends
4. Managers are vague, and do not give any useful feedback during performance reviews. You will just get a vague "we expect more"
5. Infrastructure is unreliable, the services and infrastructure that you rely on to do your work, especially that developed internally can go down at any moment for unobvious reasons leaving you wasting hours trying to resolve it or finding someone who can. Time that you will be penalized for
6. Toxic work environment
7. Goals shift constantly and requirements and architecture can change mid implementation, the deadlines won't change to reflect that
8. You will be scapegoated if your manager fails at doing their job
