      Great people make for a great culture and the work/life balance is better here than in other agencies (on the basis that you get your work done).

      Cons

      Haven't made too much of the creative work that made them famous of late. Salary Compensation also could be better vs what other agencies are paying.

      Friendly, fun, chill and laid back environment, but when things ramp up they ramp up fast

      Pros

      Free breakfast and lunch, although it was quite repetitive. Met some other really cool creatives.

      Cons

      Lack of diversity. Clear hierarchy system. Awful non responsive HR. You will be treated awfully if you even dare to raise an issue in this company. Very much a cult in my opinion. Wouldn't recommend. There are plenty other creative companies, much larger than this one with so much more diversity and lovely management compared to this company. Look elsewhere...just not here.
