Pros

You can bowl for a $1 a game that's pretty much it.

Cons

Management will understaff while making the underpaid work harder. Management feel too superior just because of their role.

Pros

The company really supports career growth—managers work to train and promote people so they can move up. Team and location-focused initiatives help everyone improve, and communication is open and responsive. If issues come up, they’re handled quickly and thoroughly, creating a supportive, growth-minded workplace. The movement over the last few years has been with a focus on the people - associates and guests visiting the locations. It is nice to see a company that supports the growth and development of all staff - management and hourly alike.

Cons

Commute to most centers in my area is proving to be a little difficult with all of the construction. If you are not looking for a customer service focus line of work, this would not be the best fit for you.
