Pros
Colleagues, most of whom have been with the company for more than a decade and many for two or three times as long, are among the best group of people in the world both personally and professionally.
Cons
The company is more interested in keeping German Nationals employed by rotating them into positions in foreign countries - particularly in the Manager-level and higher positions - than they are in cultivating the talent they have in any given region. It is like a revolving door and each new regime every few years brings it's own culture... not good from the customer's perspective.
